Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Each perfume is handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared.

Shipping Time:
Standard U.S. delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

Message Card Included:
Every order includes a special message card — a gentle reminder that you are worthy of beautiful things simply because you exist.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once your order ships, it is in the hands of the postal carrier. Fragrances by M is not responsible for delays or lost packages marked as “delivered.” For help, please reach out to your local USPS office

Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please note: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Refunds (if approved)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If your order total is over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at fragrancesbym4u@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged item. We’ll gladly send a replacement.

Scent Sensitivity

We understand that scent is personal. To help you find your perfect match, we recommend starting with a discovery set or smaller size before purchasing a full bottle.

Exchange Time

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
